Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Alphoria BI. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled.

1. Free Trial

All Alphoria BI plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial. You will only be charged after your trial period ends and you choose to continue with a paid plan.

If you do not select a plan before your trial ends, your account moves to a limited free tier automatically. No charges are made without your explicit action.

2. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with Alphoria BI for any reason, contact us at billing@alphoriabi.com within 30 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings then Billing and Plans. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period beyond the 30-day refund window.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle. Alphoria BI does not store your payment card details. All billing questions should be directed to billing@alphoriabi.com and we will resolve them promptly.
