Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Alphoria BI. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alphoria BI regarding your use of the Service.
By accessing or using Alphoria BI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including store owners, team members, and agency clients. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Alphoria BI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) business intelligence platform that connects to e-commerce platforms and analytics tools to generate automated dashboards, AI-powered insights, and performance reports.
The Service includes connection to WooCommerce, Shopify, Google Analytics 4, and CSV data uploads. AI features are powered by the Anthropic Claude API. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.
To use Alphoria BI, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your name, email address, and organization name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately at support@alphoriabi.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Alphoria BI offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Agency) billed monthly or annually. All plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start your trial.
Payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@alphoriabi.com within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.
If we cancel your account for violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to Alphoria BI. We do not claim ownership of your store data, order data, or customer data.
By connecting your data sources, you grant us a limited license to access, process, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription to another party without our written consent. Agency plans include the right to manage multiple client accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Alphoria BI, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any data, reports, or insights generated from your own data through the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and display a notice in the platform at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
